ARCO/Murray National Construction is seeking a detail-oriented Project Coordinator to join our team in the United States. This role supports Project Managers, prepares proposals, maintains project lists, and handles subcontracting documents.

The position emphasizes organization, proactive problem solving, and strong Excel/Word skills. Typical base compensation ranges from $60,000 to $80,000, with discretionary bonuses based on performance.

Qualifications

• 3–10 years of related experience; construction admin is a plus.
• Excellent computer skills; proficient in Word and Excel.
• Must be extremely organized, self-reliant, proactive and detail oriented.

Responsibilities

• Typing and preparing letters, bid instructions, meeting minutes, memos, and reports.
• Assist PMs with proposals, manage schedules, and assemble proposal books.
• Maintain project lists, subcontract tracking, and filing systems.
• Prepare subcontracts, purchase orders, change orders, and agreements.
• Coordinate proposal covers, tabs, and company information for packets.
• Prepare meetings, trainings, handouts, and coordinate travel; book travel.
