ARCO/Murray National Construction is seeking a detail-oriented Project Coordinator in Chicago, IL. You will support Project Managers with proposals, schedules, and documentation, while maintaining project files and coordinating travel and meetings.

The role requires 3-10 years of related experience, strong MS Word/Excel skills, and exceptional organization. Base compensation ranges from $60,000 to $80,000 USD with discretionary bonuses and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• 3-10 years of related experience, construction administration experience considered a plus.
• Excellent computer skills, must be proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Must be extremely organized, self-reliant, proactive, and detail-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Type and prepare letters, bid instructions, meeting minutes, weekly updates, memos, proposals, outline specifications, timesheets, and expense reports.
• Assist Project Managers with proposals; type proposal letters, manage schedules, and assemble proposal books.
• Maintain project managers' lists, subcontract tracking, filing, and vacation lists.
• Prepare subcontracts, purchase orders, change orders, AGC/PSA agreements, and transmittals.
• Be point person for proposal and capabilities packages; assemble covers, tabs, and company info.
• Prepare for meetings and trainings; schedule, prepare handouts, coordinate lunches.
• Book travel; answer calls and coordinate with vendors/customers when PM is absent.
• Maintain all files, create new ones, and send old files off site.
