ARCO, a Family of Construction Companies, is seeking a detail-oriented Project Coordinator in Downers Grove, IL. You will support Project Managers with proposals, schedules, and document control, ensuring accurate records and timely communications.

Qualifications

• 3–10 years of related experience; construction administration experience is a plus.
• Excellent computer skills; proficient in Word and Excel.
• Must be extremely organized, self-reliant, proactive, and detail-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Type and prepare letters, bids, meeting minutes, weekly updates, memos, proposals, specifications, timesheets, and expense reports.
• Assist Project Managers with proposals; manage work/design schedule and assemble proposal books.
• Maintain lists for project managers, including region job lists and subcontract tracking.
• Prepare forms (subcontracts, purchase orders, change orders, AGC agreements, professional service agreements, transmittals).
• Coordinate proposal and capabilities packages, assemble covers, tabs, and company information.
