Job summary

ARCO is seeking a detail-oriented Project Coordinator to join our AM-Mechanical team in Downers Grove, IL. The role focuses on organization, forms, and documentation to support project managers, with collaboration across subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams.

You will help prepare contracts, procurement, travel logistics, and meeting materials, ensuring accuracy and timely communication. A Bachelor’s degree and strong MS Word/Excel skills are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Excellent computer skills, proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Must be extremely organized, self-reliant, proactive, and detail-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Typing/preparing letters, meeting minutes, weekly updates, memos, outlines, and expense reports.
• Maintain project lists for Managers and regional subcontracts tracking.
• Prepare subcontract forms, purchase orders, change orders, and transmittals.
• Coordinate meetings, trainings, and travel arrangements.
• Answer calls and coordinate communications with vendors and customers in Manager's absence.
• Maintain and file project documents and records.
