Rafferty Construction in Franklin, IN is seeking a Project Coordinator/Operations Assistant to support the project and estimating teams. You will serve as a central administrative hub, handling documentation, contracts, PO/CO entry, and compliance files.

The ideal candidate is organized, detail oriented, and comfortable communicating with owners, subcontractors, and internal staff. This role offers daily structured tasks and opportunities to learn across construction operations.

Qualifications

• Basic knowledge of contracts.
• Strong verbal communication skills and professional phone presence.
• Excellent attention to detail and data entry accuracy.
• Proficient in Google Sheets (sorting, filtering, basic formulas).
• Ability to work independently in a structured, task-oriented environment.
• Willingness to learn for cross-training.
• Experience with AutoCAD is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Enter Purchase Orders and Change Orders into the management software.
• Help create owner and subcontractor contracts and organize compliance documents.
• Assist Estimators and Call Team with outbound subcontractor outreach for bids.
