Job summary

ARCO seeks a detail-oriented Field Coordinator to support field operations and the project team onsite in Sullivan, IN. You will work with Superintendents and onsite personnel to ensure accurate documentation and smooth coordination between the office, field teams, and subcontractors.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, comfortable in active construction environments, and skilled with field management software. The role offers a competitive benefits package and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• Experience in construction coordination or field administration preferred.
• Excellent organizational skills and high attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced field environment.
• Willingness to travel nationwide as needed.
• Strong communication and follow-up skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide field support by coordinating with Superintendents and onsite teams.
• Onboard new trades workers and assign project badges.
• Manage on-site canteen and site vendors, meals, cleanup, vending, etc.
• Coordinate with city and county officials.
• Maintain a comprehensive field binder with contracts, change orders and submittals.
• Print and distribute project documents for field use.
• Schedule and run field meetings and prepare agendas.
• Coordinate with subcontractors for compliance documents and insurance.
