Biltmore Construction Co., Inc. is seeking an experienced Project Administrator/Coordinator to join our Belleair-area team.

The role supports Project Managers across projects ranging from smaller ($100,000) to large-scale ($50 million) builds, with an emphasis on accuracy, timeliness, and coordination. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in project administration or coordination, with knowledge of change orders, submittals, RFIs, and subcontracts.

Qualifications

• 3 years' experience as a project administrator, project engineer or project coordinator.
• Experience with subcontractor change orders, submittals, RFIs, subcontracts.
• Procore experience is a plus; ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Responsabilités

• Assist Project Manager(s) on construction projects.
• Support multiple projects and coordinate documentation.
• Handle change orders, submittals and RFIs with accuracy and timeliness.
