Job summary

EC Electric is seeking a Project Coordinator 2 to support project management and operations on-site in Fairless Hills, PA. The role focuses on coordinating documentation, tracking submittals, and managing billing and contracts across multiple construction projects.

You will work with Project Managers and Assistants to ensure accurate records, regulatory compliance, and timely pay apps while coordinating with vendors and internal teams to meet deadlines.

Qualifications

• Proven experience supporting PMs with startup/closeouts, bid tracking, and documentation control.
• Strong knowledge of contracts, certified payroll, OCIP/CCIP, COIs, bonding, liens, and permits.
• Experience handling monthly lump sum and T&M billings ($100K–$5M) with Pay Apps and SOV.

Responsibilities

• Assist with project start-ups and close-outs.
• Prepare bid forms, proposals, and vendor quotes.
• Create submittal packages and track data from vendors.
• Manage monthly lump sum and T&M billings with supporting docs.
• Maintain and track insurance, permits, RFIs, change orders, and drawings.
