Job summary

Clayton is seeking a Construction Project Manager to oversee field construction, permitting, walk-throughs and service coordination for our retail home-building operations.

Reporting to the Home Center General Manager, you will drive timely completion of homes, manage contractor schedules, and ensure exceptional customer service throughout the build process.

Qualifications

• Two-year degree preferred.
• Strong verbal communication skills.
• Knowledge of Construction.
• Strong customer relations skills.

• Ability to lift and move furniture and promotional items.

Responsibilities

• Overseeing construction phase for all current deals.
• Scheduling all contracted work.
• Following up with Contractors as well as customers for service calls.
• Pulling permits.
• Conducting walk-throughs with customers.
• Managing the Home Centers Net Promoter Score (NPS – Customer Service).
• Schedule set-up and delivery and other service-related items.
• Follow-up with customers using various contact methods.
• Merchandising the retail location and homes and cleaning.
• Protect company assets.
• Participate in sales meetings and other company events.
• Cooperative and collaborative, willing to work in a team environment.
