Responsibilities

• Assist Project Manager in reviewing subcontractor and vendor proposals.
• Prepare and issue purchasing documents with detailed scopes.
• Expedite schedules, field paperwork, and materials/equipment support.
• Assist with change orders, RFIs, and submittals as needed.
• Attend project meetings and help maintain project documentation.
• Support close-out activities including as-built drawings and warranties.
