Anchor CM is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Project Coordinator to support the planning, execution, and completion of commercial build-out construction projects. This role works closely with Project Managers, Superintendents, subcontractors, and clients to ensure schedules, documentation, and communication remain organized and on track.

Qualificações

• 1–3 years of experience in construction coordination or project support.
• Strong understanding of construction processes, terminology, and documentation.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and construction management software (Procore/Bluebeam).
• Excellent organizational, communication, and time-management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities.

Responsabilidades

• Assist Project Managers with day-to-day coordination of commercial build-out projects from pre-construction through closeout.
• Maintain and track project schedules, budgets, submittals, RFIs, change orders, and meeting minutes.
• Coordinate communication between internal teams, subcontractors, vendors, and clients.
• Prepare and distribute project documentation, including contracts, purchase orders, and progress reports.
• Track material procurement and deliveries to align with project timelines.
• Support permitting processes, inspections, and compliance with local building codes and safety standards.
• Monitor project progress and flag potential schedule or cost impacts.
• Maintain organized and accurate project files in project management software.
• Assist with project closeout activities, including punch lists, warranties, and final documentation.
