JB Henderson Construction in New Mexico seeks a Project Coordinator to assist the Project Manager with the project life cycle, from documentation to final invoicing and post-construction activities.

You will process change orders, prepare subcontracts and purchase orders, maintain files, and coordinate communications with subs and owners while ensuring accurate records and on-time delivery.

This role rewards detail orientation, teamwork, and reliability within a supportive, growing team.

Qualifications

• Construction industry experience preferred but not required

Responsabilités

• Process timely contract transactions including change orders and subcontractors.
• Prepare accurate subcontracts and purchase orders; ensure signed copies and data entry.
• Maintain current project files and logs; provide copies of applicable correspondence and documents.
• Process submittals, RFIs and transmittals; obtain insurance certificates as required.
• Assist with closeout documentation including as-builts, O&M manuals and warranties; support review and distribution.
