Clune Construction seeks a skilled construction professional to support pursuit efforts, lead preconstruction planning, and coordinate procurement for commercial interior, healthcare, and mission-critical projects. You will work closely with project teams to ensure timely analyses, budgeting, and bid package preparation.

The role emphasizes strong communication across owners, architects, engineers, and trade partners, along with field teams.

Qualifications

• Background in construction trades and technical knowledge of construction methods.
• 2-5 years of experience managing commercial interior, healthcare and/or mission-critical projects.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate pursuit information and assist with budgeting activities.
• Coordinate preconstruction planning and logistics to support project execution.
• Manage subcontractor bid packages and procurement tracking.
• Support project startup, scheduling, and communications among leadership, field teams, and stakeholders.
• Maintain project documentation workflows including RFIs, submittals, and logs.
• Assist with cost tracking, change orders, and billing workflows.
• Coordinate project updates and meetings with owners, architects, engineers, and trade partners.
• Support field operations scheduling, QA/QC, safety, and logistics.
• Oversee closeout documentation, turnover, and Day Two activities.
• Contribute to team development and process improvements through mentoring and training.
