Job summary

Wohlsen Construction is seeking an Assistant Project Manager in Baltimore to support project teams, manage documentation, RFIs, submittals, and scheduling. You will assist in coordinating between architects, owners, and field staff while maintaining project records and ensuring safety and on-time delivery.

The role requires a BS in a construction-related field, experience with scheduling tools (Primavera, MS Project, CMiC), and strong Microsoft Office proficiency.

Qualifications

• BS degree in Construction Technology, Engineering or related discipline.
• Experience with Primavera Scheduling, SureTrak, MS Project, Asta Powerproject and CMiC is required.
• Familiarity with Timberline is a plus.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Project Manager as a liaison between the architect, owner, and field personnel.
• Assist the Superintendent with interpreting drawings and specifications.
• Procure building permits; resolve bidding questions.
• Coordinate and monitor the bid package process and quotes to ensure quote coverage.
• Assist the Project Manager to develop and update the project schedule and manage the project.
• Attend project meetings.
