Job summary

Qualifications

• Education and admin experience align with minimum requirements.
• Proficiency with a PC and MS Office is needed.
• Basic knowledge of electrical trade or construction preferred.
• Travel: None; Schedule: 7 AM–5 PM, Mon–Fri; overtime possible.

Responsibilities

• Enters job information in the accounting system (open/close jobs, clear costs).
• Processes contracts, claims, change orders, and monthly billings.
• Performs A/R collection calls for PM billings as needed.
• Supports staffing of construction projects and vendors.
• Obtains permits and coordinates administrative tasks.
• Prepares reports (job cost, WIP, A/R, time cards).
• Maintains large job folders and assists with reception/phones.
