Job summary

Faith Technologies, Inc. in Wisconsin seeks a Project Coordinator to support Project Managers and field personnel. The role requires proficiency with PCs and Microsoft Office and a basic knowledge of electrical trade or construction.

Typical hours are 7 AM–5 PM, Monday–Friday with overtime possible; travel is none. The coordinator will enter job information, process contracts, assist with staffing, permits, reports, and provide excellent customer service to vendors, customers, and field staff.

Qualifications

• Associate or high school with administrative experience.
• 3–6 months of administrative experience or 1–2 years with HS diploma.
• Basic knowledge of electrical trade or construction preferred.

Responsibilities

• Enters job information in the accounting system (opens/closes jobs, clears committed costs).
• Processes contracts, claims, change orders, and monthly billings; processes final billings.
• Completes A/R collection calls for Project Managers billings as needed.
• Provides assistance with staffing of construction projects.
• Obtains permits and other miscellaneous items.
• Processes reports (job cost, weekly pending projects, monthly WIP, A/R).
• Types and compiles documents (proposals, submittals).
• Provides excellent customer service to vendors, customers and field employees.
