The ideal candidate will be proficient in PC use and Microsoft Office Suite with basic knowledge of electrical trade or construction preferred. The role involves entering job information in accounting systems, processing contracts, claims, change orders, and billings, and providing excellent customer service to vendors, customers, and field employees.

Qualifications

• Proficient in PC use and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Basic knowledge of electrical trade and/or construction preferred.
• Overt travel is None; work schedule 7 AM–5 PM, Mon–Fri; overtime may be required.

Responsibilities

• Enter job information in the accounting system (opens/closes jobs, clears committed costs).
• Process contracts, claims, change orders, and monthly billings; process final billings.
