Qualifications

• Associate degree required.
• 3–6 months administrative experience.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1–2 years administrative experience.
• Basic knowledge of electrical trade and/or construction preferred.
• Travel: None
• Work schedule: 7 AM–5 PM, Monday–Friday
• Overtime may be required.

Responsibilities

• Enter job information in the accounting system (open/close jobs, clear costs).
• Process contracts, claims, change orders, and monthly billings.
• Process final billings.
• Perform A/R collection calls for PM billings as needed.
• Assist with staffing construction projects.
• Obtain permits and other miscellaneous items.
• Prepare reports (job cost, weekly pending projects, monthly WIP, A/R, time cards).
• Type and compile documents (proposals, submittals).
• Provide excellent customer service to vendors, customers, and field employees.
• May be main contact for field inquiries depending on staffing.
• Assist General Superintendent with staffing coordination.
• Create and maintain large job folders/binders.
• Assist with reception and phones.
• Maintain conference/training room schedules.
• Coordinate training classes.
• Oversee special events (branch meetings, trainings, lunches).
• Coordinate reception/phone coverage as needed.
• Assist with employee relations as needed.
• Coordinate shop and deliveries inbound/outbound.
• Perform other related duties as required.
