Faith Technologies, Inc. is seeking a Project Coordinator to support Project Managers and field teams. The role requires proficiency with a PC and Microsoft Office, plus a basic understanding of electrical trades or construction.

Responsibilities include processing contracts and billings, assisting with staffing, permits, and paperwork, and providing excellent vendor and employee service. Occasional overtime may be required.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum: Associate Degree or High School Diploma/GED with relevant experience.
• Administrative experience preferred (3–6 months or 1–2 years depending on education).
• Basic knowledge of electrical trade and/or construction is preferred.

Aufgaben

• Enter job information in the accounting system (open/close jobs, cost tracking).
• Process contracts, claims, change orders, and monthly billings; finalize billings.
• Assist with staffing and coordination for construction projects.
• Obtain permits and other miscellaneous items; support field personnel.
