Job summary

Faith Technologies, Inc. is seeking a Project Coordinator to provide overall assistance to the Project Manager(s) and field personnel. The ideal candidate should be proficient with a PC and Microsoft Office Suite, with basic knowledge in electrical trades and/or construction. The role supports job cost, billing, and project staffing in a dynamic construction environment.

The position requires 7 AM–5 PM Monday–Friday with possible overtime. Travel is not required.

Qualifications

Associate degree or equivalent required.
1–2 years administrative experience preferred.
Basic knowledge of the electrical trade and/or construction preferred.
Overtime may be required.
Travel: None.

Responsibilities

Enter job information in the accounting system (opens/closes jobs, clears committed costs).
Process contracts, claims, change orders, and monthly billings.
Process final billings and A/R collection calls for PM billings as needed.
Assist with staffing construction projects and coordination of shop and deliveries.
Obtain permits and other miscellaneous items and compile reports.
Provide excellent customer service to vendors, customers, and field employees.
Support reception, phones, and room scheduling.
Coordinate training classes and special events.
