Job summary

Star Construction LLC is seeking a Project Coordinator in Winchester, KY to coordinate all project operations and ensure timely project completion per customer and industry specs. The role involves maintaining project documentation, setting up new projects, tracking changes, and communicating with stakeholders.

The ideal candidate will have construction or utility experience, be able to work overtime as needed, and maintain safe work practices while supporting the management team in delivering

Qualifications

• Experience with drilling equipment and understanding their capabilities and limitations.
• Ability to read and interpret work orders and safety instructions.
• Construction or utility construction experience are desirable.
• Willingness to work overtime, weekends, or on-call when emergencies occur.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain and update project documentation.
• Manage various program tasks as assigned by management.
• Develop and maintain complete project files (physical and/or electronic).
• Obtain project information by maintaining customer contact.
• Assist management to ensure stakeholder notification and buy-in.
• Set up new projects and track changes and scheduling delays.
• Ensure revenue is accounted for and reported accurately with AR/Billing as needed.
• Generate timely reports using KPIs to monitor project health.
