Job summary

VCI Construction is seeking a Project Coordinator to support the division Project Manager, coordinate with supervisors and field crews, and manage the daily tasks required to keep projects on track. The role emphasizes organization, multi-tasking, and reliable reporting.

The ideal candidate will have 1–3 years of construction experience, strong written and verbal communication, and proficiency with Microsoft Office. A valid driver’s license and ability to work independently are required.

Qualifications

• 3+ years experience in project coordination or construction environment.
• Experience reading telecom drawings or engineering drawings.
• Must have valid driver’s license and pass background & drug screen.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Permit experience required.

Responsibilities

• Read telecom system prints or previous experience reading engineering drawings.
• Report production, status of jobs and billing information.
• Construction Work Face Planning experience preferred.
• Project Controls 1-3 years of experience on construction projects is ideal.
• Perform quality assurance audits on reporting and data.
