Responsibilities include developing and maintaining project documentation, setting up new projects, tracking changes, coordinating with management, and ensuring safety and compliance; candidates must be at least 18 and authorized to work in the U.S.

Qualifications

• You are at least 18 years old.
• You are authorized to work in the United States for this company.
• You are able to maintain a safe work environment.
• Experience with drilling equipment and understand their capabilities and limitations.
• Proficient with locators to safely identify utilities.
• May have experience with drill setup and design processes.
• May read and understand work orders, safety rules and operating instructions.
• May have previous construction or utility construction experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain and update project documentation.
• Manage various program tasks as assigned management.
• Develop and maintain effective and complete project files (physical and/or electronic).
• Obtain project specific information by maintaining customer contact.
• Assist the management team to ensure stakeholder notification and buy-in.
• Set up new projects.
• Pro-actively identify and resolve potential engineering design and permit issues before they become problems.
• Track project changes and scheduling delays and document the impact for future use.
• Assist management to minimize return site visits.
• Apply project units to draw conclusions regarding production and billing accuracy.
• Collect and review all project documentation and submit timely to appropriate personnel.
• May work with Accounts Receivable and Billing to ensure revenue is accounted for.
• Utilizes reports to monitor project health using KPI metrics.
