Facilities Maintenance Management (FMM), a nationwide maintenance and construction provider, seeks a Project Coordinator to assist Project Managers with tracking projects, submitting bids, and scheduling subcontractors. The role emphasizes accuracy in documentation, budget review, and change order processing.

The ideal candidate holds a B.S. in Construction Management or related field, with solid MS Office and CMiC experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field required.
• Willingness to work with project managers on bids and schedules.
• Experience with contractor accounting systems (CMiC) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain Work in Progress schedule.
• Review budget costs prior to submittal to client.
• Prepare submittal logs; check submittals.
• Prepare and maintain RFI log.
• Document and submit change orders.
