Job summary

Clayton, a leading single-family home builder, seeks a Construction Project Coordinator to support the retail team in completing projects on time while delivering world-class service. The role covers field construction management, permitting, walk-throughs, and coordinating service with contractors and customers.

You will handle bill-backs, processing contractor bills, maintain customer files, obtain permits, schedule deliveries, and support audits.

Qualifications

• Experience in construction or home-building environments is preferred.
• Strong interpersonal skills to interact with customers, contractors and team members.
• Ability to learn and use company software and processes.

Responsibilities

• Completes all bill-backs with factories and related paperwork.
• Processes contractor bills and maintains customer files.
• Assist in obtaining permits and coordinating service with contractors and customers.
• Schedule set-up, delivery and other service-related items with contractors and customers.
• Follow-up with customers via various contact methods, including home visits.
• Maintain Home Centers' Net Promoter Score (NPS) through service quality.
• Merchandise retail locations and homes; assist with audits and promotions.
• Collaborate with manager on exceptions, questions and team goals.
