Job summary

Clayton, a leading home builder, seeks a Construction Project Manager to oversee field construction, coordinate permits, and ensure timely completion with exceptional customer service. You will work with the retail team to manage projects from groundwork through final walkthroughs and post-sale follow-up.

Responsibilities include scheduling, coordinating contractors, maintaining NPS scores, and ensuring safety and asset protection.

Qualifications

• Strong verbal communication skills and customer relations focus.
• Knowledge of construction processes and ability to coordinate field work.
• Ability to excel in a team environment and manage time effectively.
• Proficiency with standard computer software and learning new tools.
• Willingness to pass background check and drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Overseeing construction phase for all current deals.
• Scheduling all contracted work.
• Follow up with contractors and customers for service calls.
• Pulling permits.
• Conducting walk-throughs with customers.
• Manage Net Promoter Score (NPS) for Home Centers.
• Schedule set-up and delivery and other service-related items.
• Follow-up with customers via multiple contact methods.
• Merchandise retail locations and homes, including moving furniture and cleaning.
