Job summary

Landworks Limited in Lockport, Illinois is seeking a highly organized Project Coordinator to support the planning, coordination, and execution of trade package and general contracting projects, with time split between the office and field.

You will develop detailed project plans, monitor execution, maintain schedules, prepare daily reports, assist with procurement, coordinate with subcontractors and owners, and support management to ensure quality and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in commercial construction
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Strong organizational and time management
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus
• Experience with scheduling and project management tools preferred

Responsibilities

• Develop detailed, phased project plans for both trade package and general contracting jobs
• Monitor and track project execution to ensure alignment with schedules and scope
• Prepare and maintain project schedules, ensuring timelines are met
• Create and submit daily work reports documenting progress, challenges, and updates
• Assist with material procurement and coordinate timely delivery to job sites ahead of project needs
• Communicate and coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and project owners
• Facilitate daily and weekly correspondence through both virtual and in-person meetings
• Support overall project management efforts to ensure efficiency, quality, and client satisfaction
