Job summary

Dock & Door Tec is seeking a Field Project Coordinator to support the Construction Business Unit and Program Managers. You will coordinate projects from handoff through installation and completion, visiting jobsites to verify conditions and ensuring accurate field measurements.

This role blends field experience with a hybrid office setting. You will manage schedules, trade/Install Partner details, and communications, while maintaining documentation in company systems and ensuring timely updates

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent.
Two or more years of construction project coordination or related experience preferred.
Ability to read construction drawings and document measurements.
Experience with general contractors, superintendents, subcontractors, vendors and trades.
Proficiency with Office 365; ERP/CRM systems; Acumatica preferred.
Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record for travel to sites.
Strong communication, organization and multitasking skills.
Experience in EOS/Traction environment is a plus.

Responsibilities

Coordinate project handoff packets, plans, dates and trade partner details.
Visit jobsites to verify field conditions and take measurements.
Monitor PO acknowledgments, ship dates and material readiness; coordinate with partners.
Provide timely updates to general contractors, site superintendents and stakeholders.
Collect closeout documents and ensure accurate project records for invoicing.
