ARCO, The Design/Build Experts, seeks an energetic administrative professional in New York City to support Construction Project Managers and help keep projects running smoothly. The role requires proactive, detail-oriented teammates who can manage forms, drawing support, event planning, proposals, and front desk duties.

Salary range is $70,000–$75,000 with discretionary bonus potential. Experience with Procore and FTP/drawing logs is preferred; strong communication and organization are musts.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare forms (Subcontracts, Purchase Orders, Change Orders, MSAs, transmittals).
• Provide drawing management support (filing, drawing logs, Procore, FTP).
• Coordinate events and travel; assist with proposals and bid books.
• Answer calls and coordinate with vendors/customers in PM absence.
• Maintain project lists and subcontract tracking; prepare letters and memos.
