Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated (JLL) is seeking a Project Coordinator to support high-profile commercial real estate design and construction projects within our Project and Development Services team. You will manage budgets, ensure data accuracy, and drive process compliance across PMOs.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in project administration, project accounting, or similar support roles.
• Proficiency in financial reconciliation, PO management and invoicing.
• Ability to navigate multiple platforms and maintain data accuracy.
• Strong interpersonal skills and accountability to procedures.
• Clear written and verbal communication across teams and vendors.

Responsibilities

• Track, review, and process project budgets, vendor proposals, purchase orders and change orders within financial systems.
• Reconcile vendor invoices against contracts and resolve discrepancies.
• Demonstrate daily proficiency with project management platforms and digital tools.
• Identify risks and process bottlenecks; propose and implement improvements.
• Attend program calls, capture action items, and ensure timely follow-through.
