Responsibilities

• Support project managers in all phases from initiation to closeout.
• Coordinate RFIs, submittals, change orders, and documentation for timely review.
• Facilitate clear communication among field teams, subcontractors, vendors, and clients.
• Maintain organized project records and updates per procedures.
• Track milestones and deliverables; provide status updates to stakeholders.
• Assist with scheduling meetings and coordinating participant availability.
• Manage project closeout packages and ensure timely delivery.
• Support general project administration to maintain efficient operations.
