ARCO a Family of Construction Companies is seeking a detail-oriented Project Coordinator to support project delivery, manage proposals, and organize project documentation in a fast-paced, growth-focused environment.

Qualifications

• 3-10 years of related construction administration experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Extremely organized, self-reliant, proactive, and detail-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Type and prepare letters, bid instructions, meeting minutes, and reports.
• Assist Project Managers with proposals and schedule management.
• Maintain project lists, subcontract tracking, and filing.
• Prepare subcontracts, purchase orders, change orders, and related documents.
• Coordinate proposal materials, covers, tabs, and company information.
• Schedule meetings, prepare handouts, and arrange travel.
• Answer calls and coordinate vendor/client communication.
