Job summary

ARCO is seeking a detail-oriented Project Coordinator in Fort Worth to support Project Managers with proposals, scheduling, and document control. You will type letters, prepare bid instructions, and assemble proposal books while maintaining multiple regional lists and filing systems.

You will coordinate forms, subcontracts, and changes, act as the point person for capability packages, and help prepare meetings and travel arrangements.

Qualifications

• 3-10 years of related experience; construction administration experience a plus.
• Excellent computer skills; proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Must be extremely organized, self-reliant, proactive, and detail-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Type and prepare letters, bids, meeting minutes, updates, and memos.
• Assist Project Managers with proposals and schedule management.
• Maintain project lists, subcontract tracking, filing, and vacation logs.
• Prepare forms (Subcontracts, Purchase Orders, Change Orders, AGC agreements, PSAs).
• Coordinate proposal covers, tabs, company information, and sell sheets.
• Schedule meetings, training, handouts, and coordinate lunches.
• Book travel and coordinate communications when PMs are unavailable.
• Maintain and archive project files and off-site storage.
