TekCom Resources, Inc. is seeking a Project Controls Coordinator to support construction projects from proposal through closeout at our Maryland headquarters.

The role focuses on maintaining project documentation, system alignment, and administrative controls to keep projects on time and within budget. The ideal candidate has 5+ years in construction administration or project coordination, with experience across Procore, Sage, and CRM systems, plus strong communication and organizational skills.

Qualificações

• 5+ years of experience in construction administration or project coordination.
• Strong documentation, system alignment, and financial tracking abilities.

Responsabilidades

• Set up and maintain complete project records and directories.
• Support contract preparation, execution, and filing.
• Maintain data integrity and alignment across Procore, Sage, and CRM systems.
• Monitor project task lists and ensure documentation readiness at handoff.
• Coordinate project kick-off meetings and reporting support.
• Maintain change order logs and ensure proper cost breakdowns and impacts.
• Coordinate with Purchasing and Accounting to align commitments and financial records.
• Serve as an administrative liaison between Project Management, Accounting, Operations and Field teams.
• Assist with onboarding and training related to project controls systems.
