Job summary

Risus Talent Partners LLC seeks a detail-oriented Project Controls & Operations Coordinator for on-site work in Joppa, MD. You’ll support construction execution, controls, and operations across departments, ensuring budgets are visible and reporting is accurate.

The role requires experience with Procore and Sage, strong organization, and the ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining compliance and documentation quality. This position is fully on-site and team-focused.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in construction administration or project coordination.
• Experience with Procore and Sage is required.
• Associate or bachelor's degree in CM, business, or related field preferred.
• Familiarity with construction contracts, change orders, AIA docs, and workflows.
• Proficiency in MS Office; HubSpot is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate project setup, docs, workflows, and distribution lists in Procore.
• Maintain project budgets, snapshots, commitments, change orders, and reports.
• Ensure documentation is complete, accurate, and organized through the lifecycle.
• Monitor task lists and support timely progression and handoffs.
• Coordinate insurance, bonding, and other required docs with internal teams.
