Job summary

Modular Genius, Inc. seeks a Project Controls and Operations Coordinator to support Proposal Development through Contract Completion.

This on-site role in Joppa, MD focuses on administrative, project controls, and system processes that enable project success. You will maintain project documentation, support financial, contractual, and change management tasks, and ensure data integrity across HubSpot, Procore and Sage, while coordinating with PM, Purchasing and Operations teams.

Qualifications

• Associate or bachelor’s degree in construction management, business administration, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in construction administration or project coordination.
• Experience with Procore and Sage is required.
• Proficiency in HubSpot is helpful.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate project documentation and ensure data integrity across systems.
• Support budgeting, invoicing, change orders, and project reporting.
• Coordinate with Legal, Business Development, and Operations to collect documentation and ensure compliance.
