Job summary

HDR is seeking a Project Controls Scheduler II to support scheduling for small to medium-size construction projects. You will assist in developing, evaluating, and presenting schedules, and monitor progress with attention to detail.

Preferred candidates have a Bachelor’s degree and at least two years in construction scheduling, with experience in Primavera or MS Project and good MS Office skills. The role supports HDR’s employee-owned culture and various locations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required and at least 2 years in Construction Scheduling.
• Experience with Primavera and MS Project or similar scheduling tools.
• Familiarity with cost and resource loaded schedules a plus.
• Proficiency in MS Office and ability to present schedules clearly.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Project Manager/Controls Manager with monitoring project scheduling.
• Develop, compile, and present schedule data for small to medium projects.
• Monitor construction progress and provide written schedule progress reports.
• Participate in project coordination meetings and present schedules.
