Job summary

HDR is seeking a Project Controls Scheduler II to support construction scheduling for diverse projects across the Power sector. You will assist with monitoring and developing schedules for small to medium-sized projects, partnering with project managers and the controls team.

Ideal candidates bring 2+ years in construction scheduling, strong MS Project/Primavera skills, and an active commitment to HDR's employee-owned culture.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Minimum 2 years in Construction Scheduling.
• Proficient with Primavera, MS Project or other scheduling tools.
• Experience with cost and resource loaded schedules.
• Proven ability to interpret construction schedules.
• Microsoft Office proficiency.
• No visa sponsorship available.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Project Manager or Controls Manager with project monitoring.
• Develop, evaluate, compile and present schedule data for execution.
• Monitor and document construction progress; provide written progress reports.
• Participate in project coordination meetings.
• Demonstrate familiarity with scheduling concepts and resources.
• Perform other duties as needed.
