Job summary

HDR is seeking a Project Controls, Scheduler II to assist with scheduling for complex projects and coordinate with project teams across multiple locations. You will develop schedules, monitor progress and contribute to timely, data-driven decision making.

The role requires 2+ years in construction scheduling, proficiency with Primavera/MS Project, and a background in cost control. This position supports HDR’s employee-owned culture and offers comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree is required.
• Minimum 2 years in Construction Scheduling.
• Experience with Primavera and MS Project.
• Familiarity with cost and resource-loaded schedules.
• PMI-SP, PMP, or other certifications are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Project Manager/Controls Manager with monitoring project schedules.
• Develop, evaluate, compile and present schedule data for small to medium projects.
• Monitor construction progress and provide written schedule progress reports.
• Participate in project coordination meetings.
• Demonstrate familiarity with scheduling concepts and formats.
• Perform other duties as needed.
