Job summary

Clark Holdings Inc. is seeking a Senior Project Controls Analyst to serve as a financial liaison on construction projects, handling reporting, compliance, and cost control on projects from $20M to $1B.

This on-site role requires close collaboration with project teams and trade partners in Louisa/Richmond, VA. You will support monthly forecasts, cash-flow monitoring, and project close-out activities, while leading procurement and contract administration with a focus on safety and quality.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Accounting, Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or related field.
• 2-3+ years of relevant experience.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Attention to detail and reliability.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Compiling owner requisition.
• Subcontractor requisition and accounts payable processing.
• Assist with project setup, closeout, and owner contract review.
• Lien waiver and insurance administration.
• Prepare monthly cost reports and project forecasts.
• Change order monitoring & reconciliation.
