Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a business, engineering, or related field or equivalent experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, Google Suite and PowerPoint.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead project controls functions for assigned region and act as a financial advisor to project teams.
• Recruit, train, and coach Project Controls Analysts and Project Engineers.
• Manage payment requisitions, contract compliance, and change order processes.
• Provide regular financial reporting and KPI monitoring (pay timeliness, audits, lien waivers).
• Coordinate with operations leadership and corporate finance to support budgets and cost tracking.
• Support compliance and procurement activities and respond to external requests as needed.
