Clark Construction Group - California, LP is seeking a Project Controls Manager to lead all project controls functions within a regional portfolio, acting as a trusted financial advisor to construction project teams. You will supervise a team of Project Controls Analysts and coordinate with regional operations and corporate finance.

This high-visibility role focuses on executive financial reporting, contract compliance, and ensuring adherence to corporate processes while guiding project teams

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, accounting, finance, economics, or related field.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Motivated with strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Attention to detail and reliability.
• Active recruitment and relationship-building with industry professionals to generate and win the right work.
• Take an active role in recruiting top industry talent to join the Clark team.
• Identify, hire, and retain outstanding people.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced team environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, Google Suite and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, train, and coach Project Controls Analysts.
• Assign and review staff’s work, and manage performance.
• Conduct staff planning to ensure project coverage.
• Develop onboarding and development plans for analysts.
• Stay informed on new projects, contracts, regulations and trends.
• Prepare and present at leadership meetings.
• Ensure projects are started and closed out with contract compliance and accounting.
• Train teams on enterprise systems and processes per Clark’s standards.
• Monitor KPIs and develop action plans when needed.
• Support regional office and corporate finance with budget, forecasting and cost tracking.
• Collaborate with Community Affairs to ensure local hire contracting and regulatory compliance.
• Communicate with operational leadership to align expectations and status.
