Clark Construction Group seeks a Project Controls Manager to lead regional project controls, serving as a financial advisor to project teams and directing a team of analysts. The role ensures contract compliance, executive reporting, and adherence to corporate processes across the region.

You will recruit and develop staff, monitor KPIs, and collaborate with operations leadership to optimize cash flow, costs, and profitability while maintaining safety and regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in construction management, accounting, finance, economics, or related field.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
• Ability to recruit and develop top industry talent.
• Proficiency with Excel, Word, Google Suite and PowerPoint.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, train, and coach project controls analysts.
• Plan staffing and project placement to ensure coverage.
• Develop onboarding and development plans for new analysts.
• Stay updated on projects, contracts, regulations, and trends.
• Present at department leadership meetings and project controls reviews.
• Support compliance, forecasting, and cost tracking for regional projects.
