Responsibilities

• Maintain a living record of projects from kickoff through closeout.
• Manage document control, logs, and ensure current versions are accessible to stakeholders.
• Assist in drafting contracts and assembling submittal packages.
• Coordinate between contractors, architects, and engineers to facilitate reviews and approvals.
• Expedite timelines to align materials and methods with contract specs and schedules.
