Job summary

Ivey Design Build in New York is seeking a Construction Coordinator to support day-to-day project operations, ensuring documentation, scheduling, and communication between field teams, subcontractors, and project management.

You will help keep projects on time and on budget, manage RFIs, submittals, and site logistics, and assist with quality and safety documentation in a fast-paced construction environment.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience in construction coordination or project administration.
• Working knowledge of construction processes, terminology, and documentation.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Procore, Fieldwire, and Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Assist Project Managers and Superintendents with daily coordination.
• Maintain project schedules, deadlines, material deliveries, inspections, and task progress.
• Coordinate subcontractor scheduling and communicate changes.
• Prepare RFIs, submittals, change orders, and other project documentation.
• Support site logistics planning and jobsite access.
