Qualifications

• Associate degree in Business Management or related field.
• 2+ years project management support experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Recap and track Potential Change Orders (PCO's).
• Price up material vouchers.
• Write up and track RFIs.
• Track certified payroll for Rosendin and subcontractors; fill required forms.
• Update project schedules in Microsoft Projects or Sure Track.
• Monthly billing (Schedule of Values/Cover sheet).
• Create and update material flow sheets and logs.
• Obtain quotes from vendors and perform light material ordering.
