Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or related field is required
• 1 year of construction-related experience or equivalent
• Proficiency with MS Office and strong organizational skills

Responsibilities

• Manage project documentation including submittals, RFIs, and meeting minutes
• Oversee project activities as assigned by the Project Manager and ensure compliance with policies
• Maintain change orders, logs, and construction documentation for meetings
• Prepare and manage contract submittals and subcontractor contracts
• Assemble and deliver Owner and Maintenance Manuals on schedule
• Support field personnel and coordinate with subcontractors and clients
