SDV Construction, Inc. is seeking a Project Administrator to support construction managers from initiation to completion, ensuring compliance with material specs, submittals, and the subcontractors’ scope of work. Build strong vendor relationships to keep projects on schedule.

You will prepare field teams for installation through all phases, monitor budgets and timelines, and adapt to changing priorities in a collaborative, detail‑oriented environment with hybrid/remote options.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years experience with or education in commercial construction management.
• Strong administrative skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a changing environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist Construction Managers from project initiation to completion.
• Ensure field managers are prepared to execute and install through all phases.
• Build relationships with vendors and partners to optimize workflow and scheduling.
