Job summary

FVHD Architects-Planners is seeking a full-time Construction Administrator (Hourly, 37.5 hours per week) to support the Principals, Associates, Project Managers and Project Architects from contractor award through project closeout.

The successful candidate will coordinate with design teams, perform QA/QC of construction documents, and manage in-house staff, clients, contractors and consultants in a collaborative multi-person environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in construction administration and project coordination.
• Strong QA/QC experience with construction documents.
• Ability to lead in-house teams and coordinate with clients, contractors and consultants.

Responsibilities

• Oversee construction phase from award to closeout with project team.
• Coordinate with design phases and perform QA/QC checks on construction documents.
