Job summary

SDV Construction, Inc. is seeking a Project Administrator to support construction managers from initiation to completion, ensuring compliance with material specs, submittals, and the subcontractors’ scope of work. Build strong vendor relationships to keep projects on schedule.

You will prepare field teams for installation through all phases, monitor budgets and timelines, and adapt to changing priorities in a collaborative, detail‑oriented environment with hybrid/remote options.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years experience with or education in commercial construction management.
• Strong administrative skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a changing environment.

Summary: Assist Construction Managers with projects from initiation to completion, ensuring compliance with material specifications, subcontractors’ scope of work and submittals. Fundamental Job Requirements

• 1-2 Years Experience with or Education in commercial construction management.
• Exceptional attention to detail and administrative skill.
• Ability to adapt to a changing environment with multiple priorities.
• Proficiency in project management tools and software.
